The repair is carried out in our Samsung approved workshop facility at our Kingston store.
Dependent upon the availability of parts, all screen repairs will be completed within a maximum two hours. Other repairs are targeted with a one hour completion.
It is always advisable to call ahead of your planned visit to confirm the details. Although we do carry an extensive range of parts, the less ‘popular’ coloured screens may require to be ordered in (additional 24 / 48 hours).

All Samsung repairs are guaranteed for twelve months from the date they are undertaken.

Our range of phones are often Brand New unused products that may show signs of box damage or are missing their original sealed packaging.
Yes. All mobiles carry a full Kingston store 12 month warranty. Any issues or problems must be reported via the Kingston store.
